6 to 10 years of work experience.

4 to 5 years in management/professional position.

Undergraduate degree in any discipline with at least second class (B average); professional designation (CGA, CA,CMA, PEng); or a two-year technical diploma and outstanding grades.

No degree, but outstanding qualifications in all other respects. (Some university courses may be required prior to admission.)
