As a member of the Business Mentorship Program, your term runs from selection to April 30, 2013. In your positions, you’ll play a crucial role in the transitioning of 1st year students into the Beedie School of Business. Through the position you will interact with FROSH, BusOne, top students at the Beedie School of Business (Mentors) and 1st year students (Mentees). Being part of this program is a unique experience; you’ll be able to directly apply the knowledge you gain from classes and build your network at the same time. Interviews will occur sometime between June 23rd and June 28th. Please note that only qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview.

The Business Mentorship Program (BMP) will capture the majority of 1st year students in both FROSH and BusOne. Whereas FROSH provides a great orientation to the Beedie School of Busines, BMP will aid in students transition into Beedie. BMP will complement BusOne and focus on two components: mentorship and events. Mentorship is important to have 1st year students look up to a more senior student that has done well both in and out of the classroom.
