Faculty of Business Administration

Welcome

Finding, retaining and developing qualified employees is a strategic imperative for today’s thriving organizations. One way to refresh your talent pool is to hire graduates from the Beedie School of Business.

Career Management Centre staff will work with you to profile your organization to students, and provide all the help you need to identify, qualify and interview candidates. See why so many employers have come to rely on our professional staff when it comes to recruiting the right talent. We invite you to take some time reviewing our website for an overview of the services that we provide and then create an account on Beedie Community (our event management and job posting system) to get started.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

The Beedie School of Business has over 3,200 undergraduate business students enrolled in courses offered at our Burnaby and Surrey campuses. The rigorous academic program allows students to choose from nine concentrations.  Our well-rounded students are also strongly encouraged and supported when participating in club activities, conferences, international exchanges and case competitions. In addition, almost half of these students are enrolled in Business Co-op, meaning that most graduate with an average of one year work experience that is directly related to their business degree.

If you’re looking for part-time, short term or longer term support, our students are well-positioned to start adding value to your organization from day one.

Graduate / MBA

Graduate programs at the Beedie School of Business are unique--designed to meet the needs of industry and career-oriented professionals.  MBA, Masters and Diploma programs are offered at the Segal Graduate School, located in downtown Vancouver, and depending on the program, offered on a full-time or part-time basis.

In addition to the academic programming, students also receive professional career management advice, coaching and skills-building workshops so that when they are ready to secure a new position within their organization or move on to a new one, they can do so with confidence.
