The Centre's research mandate is to generate and disseminate new knowledge on strategic change management and to make available learning opportunities to organizational leaders and managers in partnership with the CMA.
Initially the research will be based on and evolve from the significant research expertise already in the Faculty of Business Administration. The Centre's longer-term research mandate includes the development of relevant applied and basic research agendas that will be developed in consultation and collaboration with CMA Canada.
