Agenda & Themes

Research at the Centre is focused on four broad, multi-disciplinary, and interrelated themes:
- strategic change and its execution - based on a recognition that strategic change is taking place in ever decreasing time cycles;
- strategic performance measurement - today's firms must learn how to continually adapt and find appropriate means to manage, monitor and measure change in all relevant dimensions;
- leadership and change management - the importance of multi-disciplinary teams in delivering organizational change.
- innovation - the challenges of organizing technological, organizational and social innovation.
These four themes inform and structure the principal activities of the Centre. The Centre draws on the current projects of its Faculty and other leading experts involved in strategic change and seeks to disseminate this research through publications and events.
