BBA Honours Application

After completing 15 units of upper division Business courses, you can apply to enter the Honours Program.

An honours degree has the following grade point average requirements for entry into, and continuance in the program:

3.00 CGPA overall
3.00 GPA overall for all upper division BUS and BUEC courses

For graduation, students must also meet the GPA's in accordance with the University and Faculty of Business Administration.  These requirements are as follows:

3.00 CGPA overall
3.00 CGPA for all upper division courses
3.00 GPA overall for all Bus and BUEC courses
3.00 GPA for all upper division Bus and BUEC courses
 
Honours students must meet all the requirements of the major program specified in the current calendar. The honours program requires 12 units of 400 level courses in addition to the 120 units required for the major degree. *All 12 units must be 400 division BUS or BUEC courses. These 12 units are in addition to those required for the major program. Courses can come from an additional concentration. In the upper level of your program, you must take a minimum of 57 upper division units, of which 42 must be BUS or BUEC courses.

* For Accounting Honours Concentration - requirements are as above, plus completion or enrolled in BUS 320-3 and BUS 360w-4 with a minimum grade of C+.
