BASS Pathways Conference
Want to explore different career paths for concentrations? Attend the Business Administration Student Society (BASS) Pathways Conference for a full-day student-run conference and learn from a variety of industry professionals.
The conference brings together current undergraduate students, industry professionals, and Beedie alumni and faculty for a day of learning, dialogue, and self-discovery through educational workshops, industry panels, and keynotes. The Pathways Conference provides you with an opportunity to engage with industry professionals to preview and evaluate various industries, learn about potential options, and have more knowledge to develop a plan to achieve your goals and aspirations. Getting involved in student clubs is an excellent way to develop skills and gain hands-on experience. Being in a club offers you opportunities to lead projects, organize events, and build your network. Mentors in Business (MIB)
The Mentors in Business (MIB) Program is your opportunity to be paired with an industry professional who is keen on helping you build business relationships and offer career guidance and advice. Mentors share their knowledge, experience, and words of wisdom to help you make informed career choices and plan out your career path.

Beedie Endowment Asset Management (BEAM)
Want to be involved in managing a $5 million investment fund? BEAM is one of the largest undergraduate student-run investment funds in Canada. Students who are selected for BEAM receive rigorous, hands-on training, including Bloomberg terminal certification, financial analysis, and equity research, as well as have the opportunity to travel to Toronto to make industry connections.
