Useful Information

In order to maximize your appointment, please carefully read through the following:

Your destination is probably the most important aspect of exchange planning. Check out both Beedie and SFU Exchange Partners.

All of the Beedie partners are listed on the Destinations page as well. Make sure to check out important information about your desired institution, such as on-campus accommodations, terms offered, etc.

Courses Offered

Course planning is also an important component of your degree, as you want to maximize your time away. Having a graduation check completed before you start planning is very beneficial. You are welcome to come and see our Academic Advisors during our drop in advising times. Once you know what you have left in your degree, you can start your course planning.

You can also check out the ISS Course Planning Database (for students going to a non Beedie partner, or are searching for electives). This information is located in the Search Programs Page under Academics, Exchange Credit History.

It is also a good idea to browse through the host institution website and check out their course outlines. If you find a course on one of our Beedie partner websites that we do not have listed on our Beedie Course Planning Database, please send this evaluation to, so we can have it evaluated for you.

Upcoming Beedie Exchange Information Sessions

Attend an information session to meet the Study Abroad Advisor and learn additional details about destinations, programs and applications. Please RSVP to reserve your spot.
