The DEP allows experienced directors to build on their expertise, fine-tune skills for around the boardroom table, and strengthen their capacity to create and protect value for their organizations. In your quest to be a better director, it will help you clarify your mission and fully exercise your director potential.

WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY

Part business strategy, part study in ethics, and part looking behind the curtain at some of the most significant business events of the last decade, this course is the ideal way to learn about the fundamentals of quality corporate board governance.”
