Create a Legacy

A range of opportunities exist for individual donors, foundations or corporations to make significant investments in areas that support the long-term vision and strategic priorities of the Beedie School of Business while providing recognition of your generosity and values.

These lasting investments can be made by supporting any of the following:

Faculty Chairs and Professorships

You can have a direct impact on the research and teaching conducted at the university by providing annual or endowed support of a Professorship or Chair at the Beedie School of Business. Your generosity will be recognized through the title and work of a faculty member. Holders of named professorships publish their research internationally under their honorary title, and can report to you regularly on their research findings. View a list of priorities in this area.

Student Scholarships and Awards

Endowments supporting a student award can be established under your name or that of a person or organization you wish to honour. The interest generated by your financial support is awarded to a student who meets the criteria you establish and is used to help support the costs associated with their learning.

Each year donors will have the opportunity to meet and learn about the students who win the award in your name.  View a list of the priority areas in which the Beedie School of Business is seeking to establish student awards.

Career Management Centre

A naming opportunity is available for the business school's primary career resource.

The Beedie School of Business Career Management Centre provides specialized services for students and recent graduates in the BBA and MBA programs and for employers interested in recruiting Beedie School of Business students.

Through the involvement of employers and individual consultations with students, our Career Management Centre helps students reach their career goals and helps employers find the best Beedie School of Business candidates to fill their position.

Your support will enable us to continue developing our programs and preparing our graduates for careers in business.
