Assurance of Learning
The Beedie School of Business is an AACSB accredited school. As part of our accreditation, we have developed learning goals for each of our degree programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Each set of learning goals outline the intended student learning outcomes and abilities for students in each program.
Teaching & Educator Awards
Faculty members have been recognized as important contributors to education and teaching both within and beyond the Faculty of Business Administration. Three of our faculty members have received the Simon Fraser University Excellence in Teaching Awards (only awarded once to any particular faculty member).
TD Canada Trust Distinguished Teaching Awards
“Engaging, highly organized and disciplined, enthusiastic, demanding and supportive”. These are indeed fine qualities, and examples of the qualities exemplified by past winners of the TD Canada Trust Distinguished Teaching Award.

Contributions to Teaching
Many faculty members conduct teaching-related research, write textbooks that are widely used across Canada, and serve on teaching-related committees within and outside the university. Members of faculty actively pursue innovation in teaching-methods and embrace mentorship roles that further our students’ academic achievements.
