Alumni Spotlight

Michael Huenefeld (MBA 2004)
Visiting Lecturer

The most rewarding aspect of teaching is to observe students develop their leadership skills. I have been especially impressed by a number of students who, while working on team projects, used collaborative leadership styles to help their teams succeed. It has also been rewarding to help students develop critical thinking skills. I am impressed when I see students in class take the initiative to pose challenging questions or express creative ideas with respect to business or management concepts.
