Meet the Staff

If you have any questions about ways to get involved, share your expertise, or recruit on campus, we invite you to contact us:

Gurwinder Singh, B.E, MBA
Director, Graduate Career Management Centre and Employer Engagement

Gurwinder oversees the Graduate Career Management Centre and employer engagement strategy across both the undergraduate and graduate programs. In his 18 years of experience, he brings a strategic mindset, an extended network of relationships, and a passion for education to his role. His experience as the Senior Associate Director at the Indian School of Business (ISB) saw him in varying capacities, whether that was collaborating with other departments to implement school-wide strategy or mentoring students in their career journeys. Showing that his passion for education went beyond his daytime job, he ran a non-profit organization that provides education to underprivileged children in India. As an SFU Executive MBA Alum, Gurwinder is eager to bring his passion and experience back to the Beedie School of Business in his new role as Director of Graduate Career Management Centre and Employer Engagement.

When not at work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, mountain biking and just being in nature. He loves reading books and listening to music. In addition, he regularly participates in community services, including teaching meditation classes and facilitating youth leadership programs.
