The Learning Experience

The best of all worlds

During the MOT MBA, every case study, assignment, and project, in every class, addresses business decisions in technology companies. Our graduates go on to innovate within their company in a more advanced role, become well-rounded leaders in technology and elsewhere, or start new tech ventures.

Designed for your life

The program is designed for people working at demanding full-time jobs. While the MOT MBA curriculum moves quickly, the workload is intended to be manageable. Beginning in September, classes are two evenings a week (Mondays and Thursdays) with two additional three-day intensive classes per year.

Experiential Industry Project

Enrich your program experience by visiting and working with tech companies in Vancouver. You'll learn about the corporate culture of some of the most innovative companies in the world and talk in depth with senior representatives. Collegial learning environment

Class sizes are small to encourage participation, discussion and direct feedback. Unlike many MBAs with over 100 students, you’ll end up getting to know every student in your cohort well. Faculty members will not only get to know your name, but also your strengths and weaknesses, allowing them to deliver a more personalized learning experience.

Intensive and experiential

Throughout the program, you attend intensive courses covering topics of particular relevance to technology leaders and managers. These include negotiation, ethics and managing organizational relationships. Cases and projects bring leading edge business theory to life, enabling you to apply what you learn to your own working life.
