Biography

As the Manager of Undergraduate Careers, Darelle supports the undergraduate students’ career development and exploration through workshops and one-on-one advising. Prior to joining the Career Management Centre, Darelle worked with business co-op for three years where she connected with various hiring managers, recruiters, alumni, and business students. Before working at SFU, Darelle spent about six years in industry, working in various HR and recruitment capacities. Education wise, Darelle has a BCom degree from UVic, a CPHR designation from CPHRBC & Yukon, and an MBA from UBC. She is excited to bring her HR industry experience, business co-op experience, and business education to the Beedie Undergrad Careers team.
