Biography

As the Associate Director, Doug provides career support for students in the full-time MBA program. He has over 18 years’ experience in both public and private post-secondary education with positions ranging from faculty member, admissions advisor, disability services advisor, and career services manager. He has supported thousands of adult learners to achieve their education and career goals.  His other professional work experiences include teaching in the public education system; managing a community program in the not-for-profit industry, and working as a business analyst for a national company. He has diverse experience working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, education, and work experience. Doug received his Masters of Education Degree from Capella University, and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor’s of Physical Education Degree from the University of Calgary.
