Biography

Mitsu Feng is a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration with a research focus in Marketing Strategy, where she also get an MBA degree. Since Mitsu graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor of Management, she had been working in the tourism industry in China for 8 years specializing in tour group operation and department management. Mitsu’s research interests include B2B and tourism marketing, with current focuses on post-COVID innovation in the tourism industry and destination image change. In terms of research methodology, Mitsu is interested in and familiar with social media and text analysis.
