Biography

Natalia is a dedicated professional with two roles at Beedie School of Business. As an instructor, she uses her MBA and years of experience in corporate Human Resources within professional services and technology sectors to make her lessons practical and engaging for all students. In addition to teaching, Natalia leads the Career Management Centre, where she focuses on helping students plan their future careers.

With nine years of experience in career education, Natalia is passionate about supporting students in both their studies and career development. She creates a welcoming environment in the classroom and the Career Centre, where students are encouraged to ask questions, explore their options, and build the skills they need to succeed in the job market. Whether she’s teaching or offering guidance, Natalia is committed to helping every student achieve their goals and find their own unique path to success.
