Biography

Tracy has over 25 years of marketing, communications, advertising and promotional experience across a variety of industries including hospitality, telco, and higher education.  A seasoned leader and strategist, she has worked in senior roles in large firms such as Cossette Communications, McDonald's Restaurants of Canada, Boston Pizza International, and TELUS.  Tracy has also been a franchisee and small business owner.  

A current and long-time resident of Greater Vancouver, she attained her undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria (B.A.) and lived in northern Japan for a number of years.  Most recently, she completed her Executive MBA with a certificate in international business from SFU's Segal Graduate School at the Beedie School of Business.  While studying at SFU Beedie, Tracy had the privilege of representing graduate students as an elected member of Simon Fraser University's Board of Governors.
