Early Career MBA

The SFU Beedie Early Career MBA (EC MBA) is a cohort of the Full-Time MBA program for recent graduates with fewer than three years of work experience. This MBA program is designed to show future employers that you are a dynamic change-maker who has what it takes to make a positive impact in your desired field.

The EC MBA program will be delivered over 16 months, kicking off with 12 months of in-person academics followed by a 4-month paid internship. Classes will take place at SFU’s dynamic Vancouver campus. The program will provide you with the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge and skills to transform businesses in the public or private sector or start your own exciting venture.

A pre-program preparatory course has been developed to provide you with the resources to get you ready and off to a flying start. Professional development is embedded in the framework of the program, and throughout the year there are classes, events, and opportunities to engage with industry leaders and SFU alumni.

Networking and career support: The program cohorts are small and personal, serving as the first stepping stones in cultivating your network.
