INTERVIEW PROCESS

A number of select applicants will be invited to the interview rounds. Students who pass the application screening process will advance to the next rounds including a in-basket assignment and a final behavioural interview.

• In-basket Assignment: 48 hours marketing case study
• Final Round Interview: 20-30 min behavioural/personal fit interview

Students who succeed in both rounds will be invited to participate in the program for the year.

EVALUATION:

The program will have competitive qualifications. To be eligible, you must:

• Be analytical and creative with a demonstrated passion for marketing
• Have strong academic standing
• Work experience (1+ internship/co-op or equivalent experience)
• Have extra-curricular experience
• 70+ Credits completed
• Completion of BUS 343/BUS 341 (preferred)
