PhD Candidate Colin Campbell Wins Best Paper Award at ANZMAC

Colin Campbell, Marketing PhD Student at SFU Business, won the award for the best paper on the Brands and Brand Management track of ANZMAC, the Australia and New Zealand Marketing Academy Conference, recently held in Melbourne, Australia.

His paper, co-authored with Hsiu-Yuan Tsao, of Takming University of Science and Technology, Taiwan; Mana Farshid, Lulea University of Technology, Sweden; and Ronika Chakrabarti, Lancaster University, UK, was entitled “Lemon-Aid: Brand as a Signal for Quality – A Classroom Game”.

More than 600 marketing academics from all continents attended the conference, which was hosted by Monash University, and the Brands and Brand Management Track was the second largest, with more than 80 papers submitted.
