How SFU Business fared in the news for the week of March 30, 2007
Business in Vancouver reported that SFU’s Nancy McKinstry and (BBA student) Robin Yong have received SFU Business Impact Awards at the annual SFU Business Administrration Student Society banquet.
SFU’s new MBA program was hailed for raising the bar for similar programs across the country in a Globe and Mail article this week. Ed Bukszar, Associate Dean of SFU’s Segal Graduate School of Business, was quoted as saying “We responded to the competition — if you’re selling your program, you have to differentiate it”.
The National Post ran a similar story on the effectiveness of EMBA programs. The story quoted SFU’s Diane Cross, Executive Director of Graduate Business Programs.
