Ahp-cii-uk: going the right way

The Ahp-cii-uk initiative has been developed in partnership with Health Canada, the BC Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation, the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council, and Synergos, as well as several corporate sponsors. It is a multi-sectoral initiative designed to demonstrate new ways of creating change in First Nations communities by forming partnerships at the grass roots level.  The Learning Strategies Group has been instrumental in designing and managing the process. Independent evaluations have shown a significant impact in the three communities in which this approach has been tried.  More information is available at http://www.weavingrelationships.org/
