SFU Graduate Recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Women

SFU Business graduate Zabeen Hirji-Nowaczyniski was named one of the Top 100 Women by the Women’s Executive Network, as reported in the Globe and Mail.
Recognized in the Corporate Executives category, Hirji-Nowaczyniski graduate from the Executive MBA program in 1994 and returned to Toronto to work with the Royal Bank where she is currently senior vice-president, human resources.
The Corporate Executives category identifies women in the most senior positions in Canada’s largest companies, both public and private, as identified in the Report on Business Magazine.
Also recognized in the same list is former SFU Business instructor Nancy MacKay, president of MacKay & Associates/Inspire Action International Inc under the Professionals category.
The top 100 list is compiled by the Women’s Executive Network and honours the achievements of women in eight categories chosen by an independent advisory board – Corporate Executives, Entrepreneurs, Public Sector Leaders, Arts and Communications, Champions, Future Leaders, Professional, and Trailblazers.
