Talent management in a dynamic world: Lessons learned from the Pandemic
Join us on March 7 for an exclusive fireside chat with Helena Gottschling (BBA ’85) as she discusses her leadership in talent management through the pandemic and her insights on how the pandemic has shaped the future of work.
As the former Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of RBC, Helena was responsible for the global strategic function of human resources for more than 86,000 employees in 29 countries. She will share the lessons learned from pivoting the human resources function at one of Canada’s biggest employers.
Moderated by Chris Zatzick, Professor of Management and Organization Studies at SFU Beedie, this event will give audience members the opportunity to engage with Helena and ask questions during a Q&A.
Following the discussion, join us for a networking reception. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to gain valuable insights from a leading expert!
