This year’s incoming MBA students capped off their orientation week with an inaugural experiential learning opportunity, thanks to a generous gift from SFU Beedie executive-in-residence and alumnus, Zabeen Hirji (MBA ’94). Students channel business acumen and innovative thinking into solutions to global health challenges

Real-world problem-solving skills showcased in annual competitions

The annual PEAK and ELITE case competitions took place this summer at SFU Beedie. The events showcased the talent, critical thinking, and dedication of 166 participants who competed in front of a panel of judges. Both competitions are organized by SFU Beedie’s Office of Student Experiences (OSE) to challenge students with real world business problems they must solve within a limited time.
