On September 13, 2011, Dr. Daniel Kim, Post Doctoral Research Fellow at the Jack Austin Centre, will present and discuss his findings on the attitudes of expatriate managers towards international assignment and the factors that can impact job satisfaction, given the examples of the Korean expatriates working in India. Dr. Kim will also discuss the implications of his findings for human resource management.
