Biography

Aneesh Sharma is a lecturer at the Beedie School of Business, teaching courses in the School’s undergraduate program. Aneesh’s diverse subject interests include brand strategy, organization culture, strategic business transformation and the role of purpose in organizational success. His career has spanned the globe, providing strategic guidance to build brands for diverse clients from billionaire entrepreneurs to government-owned utilities. 

He started his career at The New York Times Company, and honed his expertise in brand strategy working with the world’s preeminent strategic consultancies within global communications holding companies WPP, IPG and Omnicom. 

Fluent in English, French, Punjabi and Hindi, Aneesh earned a BBA (Honors) at Simon Fraser University, and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford.
