Our newest experiential learning program allows graduate-level business students, who do not yet have any Canadian work experience, the opportunity to pair up with industry professionals in order to immerse themselves in the local workplace culture.
As an Externship Host providing a student with a 1-week job shadowing opportunity, your benefits to participating include, but are not limited to: gaining a fresh perspective on your organization, showing off your organization in ways that words cannot describe, and developing your mentorship skills.
