This program is completed in four three‐day modules. It connects you to an extended network of leading directors who are bringing better governance to Canada and its communities.
Completing the Directors Education Program is the first step in attaining the ICD.D designation granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors, the professional body representing the director community in Canada.

FORMAT
The program is comprised of 4 modules of 3 days each, spanning 8 months. Each day is from 7:00am to 5:00pm (breakfast from 7:00am to 8:00am).

Note: Non-members who apply for admission into the DEP will receive a one-year complimentary ICD membership, valued at $395.
COST - PROGRAM
$18,750.00 + GST
This fee includes tuition, all reading materials, ICD.D examination fees and meals during the program. Meals include breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon break and beverages throughout the day. The DEP is a tax-deductible expense. A T2202A form will be issued for the payment of DEP tuition fees.
